West Midlands Cervical Screening Coverage Campaign

Primary Care Trusts across the West Midlands recently launched the third year of the regional cervical screening promotional campaign.

This three year campaign was first launched in April 2008 with the slogan
"What's pants, but could save your life?" Once again in 2010, each PCT has planned local initiatives according to their local requirements and bus and train adverts will run throughout the region.
Click here to view further details of the campaign.
A website is also available and advertised for women to access further information about cervical screening and about additional local health clinics in the West Midlands which offer cervical screening. To access this website go to www.pants.nhs.uk

The overall effectiveness of the combined approach across the region will be monitored and evaluated by the West Midlands Cervical Screening QA Reference Centre.
