Joining the Network

In order to join this Public Health Network you need to fill in the form below. This will input your details into our system. After reviewing your details, we will send you an email informing you that your details have been added and provide you with a password and username.

You will then be able to log onto the system and edit your details as you wish as well as being able to browse all other members details and sign up to discussion / e-groups or request the creation of new e-groups.

NOTE: Once you have provided your initial details the responsibility for the update and maintenance of your details lies with you. It is therefore important that you ensure that all details on your homepage are correct as this information is automatically used to compile postal and e-mail distribution lists.
